Who we are
Built intentionally, from the start.
K3 Enterprises LLC is independently owned and led by John Kendrick III. It brings two businesses under one name: owning and managing rental housing in Detroit, and designing and building websites for businesses.
The company is small by design and growing on purpose. Before we take on a property or a project, we want to understand what we're building, why, and how it will keep providing value long after the work is done. Trendy, complicated, or impressive on paper doesn't count for much on its own.
That shows up in practical ways: rent and terms published in full, a scope agreed in writing before a site is built, and the same person answering the phone at the start and the end.

K3 owns and manages residential rental property in Detroit. Listings show rent, terms, and utilities up front, showings are scheduled online, and every inquiry is answered by the owner.
Web Design & Development
Websites that communicate clearly and do useful work for the business behind them.
K3 designs and builds websites for businesses: new sites, redesigns, landing pages, e-commerce, forms, integrations, and automation. Design and function, built together and scoped to what the business needs.
