About
A growing Michigan company, built on one idea.
Thoughtful work produces better results. K3 Enterprises LLC applies that to two lines of work: residential real estate in Detroit, and digital development for individuals and businesses.
Who we are
Built intentionally, from the start.
K3 Enterprises LLC is independently owned and led by John Kendrick III. It brings two kinds of work under one name: owning and managing rental housing in Detroit, and digital development, which means websites, graphic and promotional design, and automation for individuals and businesses.
The company is small by design and growing on purpose. Before we take on a property or a project, we want to understand what we're building, why, and how it will keep providing value long after the work is done. Trendy, complicated, or impressive on paper doesn't count for much on its own.
That shows up in practical ways: rent and terms published in full, a scope agreed in writing before anything is built, and the same person answering the phone at the start and the end.

Principles
The same standard on both sides of the business
Practical
Solve the actual problem. Skip the complexity that doesn't earn its place.
Quality
Do it properly the first time. Shortcuts cost more later, in buildings and in code.
Independent
Owner-operated and self-directed, which keeps decisions quick and accountability clear.
Long-term
Properties are held and looked after. Digital work is built to be maintained. We think past the transaction.
Divisions
What K3 does today
Two active divisions, set up so more can be added as the company grows.
Real Estate
Residential rentals in Detroit, owned and managed for the long term.
K3 owns and manages residential rental property in Detroit. Listings show rent, terms, and utilities up front, showings are scheduled online, and every inquiry is answered by the owner.
Digital Development
Websites, design, and automation that do useful work for the people behind them.
K3 builds websites, designs graphics and promotional materials, and sets up automation and integrations for individuals and businesses. Each piece is scoped to what you actually need, built to be kept, and made to serve a purpose, not just look good.
